Karl Lyden is active as a session musician both in studios and through his home set-up. Both independently and with the collaboration platform Musiversal, he has worked with a panoply of clients. His credits include trailer music cues (Tonal Chaos Music), podcast themes, the Lemonheads, and 2025 Game of the Year Clair Obscur: Expedition 33.
For a multi-track recording, Karl will usually record each part on a different trombone and mouthpiece to achieve a richer sonic blend. He is also comfortable coming up with horn parts in more of a "demo" setting. Please feel free to reach out if you have a project that needs low brass or arrangement.
